Electric for monthly and seasonal stays is billed at $.1250 Per KW
On the Beach RV Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation/reassign sites necessary.
Deposits made via credit card apply to last night, week or month of reserved stay.
Reservations canceled 14 days or less before scheduled arrival are required to pay the full reservation amount. Reservations canceled more than 14 days before scheduled arrival will only be assessed the original 20% deposit fee.
Holiday Reservations and events require a full deposit in advance as well as a 3-night minimum stay.
Reservations made May thru August during weekends require a three-night minimum (Th-Sun).
